When booking a rental car, you're reserving a specific car class (e.g., economy, compact, SUV, etc.), not the exact model.
We can guarantee that it will have the same fuel type, fit the same number of passengers, and hold about the same amount of baggage.
Many of our suppliers have large fleets that are constantly changing; thus, they can’t guarantee a particular model of car will be available.
If you want to be sure that you get the exact make and model that you booked, then look for the Car Model Guaranteed badge in the search results or use the filter under Special Offers.
