The supplier won’t allow you to pick up the vehicle if you don’t have your license with you. If you realize that you’ve forgotten your license before the start of your rental, you can message us, and we’ll help you to change the main driver, if possible.
If you can get the license the following day, we can help you to change your pick-up date and time, if possible.
Though we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee that last-minute changes are possible. Always make sure that you have all the necessary documents before leaving home.
