To cancel your booking, you need to submit a cancelation request in the My Booking section on our website.
As long as you cancel your booking no later than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time (local time at the pick-up location), your prepayment will be fully refunded in the form of Booking Credit (or a refund back to your card if you request it).
We offer refunds in the form of Booking Credit for canceled bookings eligible for a refund.
You might be able to pick up the car earlier, depending on availability.
If your flight is canceled or rescheduled and you won’t be able to make it to the rental desk at the scheduled pick-up time, you should message us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to inform the supplier.
You should contact the rental car company as soon as possible to inform them of the flight delay.
